Test Principle
The test is based on lateral flow immunochromatographic assay technology. The device contains two separate test lines: one specific for CDV antigen and another for CPV antigen, along with a control line.
When a sample is applied, any CDV or CPV antigens present bind to gold-labeled antibodies and migrate along the membrane. If the target antigens are present, they are captured by immobilized antibodies in the respective test zones, forming visible colored lines. The control line confirms that the test has functioned correctly and that adequate sample flow has occurred.

How to Use
Sample Collection

Interpretation of Results
Positive Result
Two colored lines appear for each detected pathogen: one in the Test (T) area and one in the Control (C) area, indicating the presence of CDV and/or CPV antigen.
Negative Result
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) area, meaning no detectable CDV or CPV antigen.
Invalid Result
If no colored line appears in the Control (C) area, the test is invalid and should be repeated with a new device.
