Dosage and administration
The dosage is 12.5-25.0 mg per kg of body weight for dogs and cats, administered twice daily for 5-7 days; for some chronic infections (chronic dermatitis, chronic cystitis, and chronic respiratory infections), treatment may be continued for 10-28 days.

Mechanism of Action
